No complete prepares to celebrate Lebaran without cookies. Basket Pineapple is a taste of Nastar, but with a new look.
Leather Material:
200 g butter
70 g margarine
40 g caster sugar
4 egg yolks
20 g milk powder
400 gr flour
½ teaspoon salt
Pineapple Jam Ingredients:
1 kg of beef and pineapple, mashed / grated
400 grams of sugar or to taste
75 g unsalted butter
Method:
1. Make pineapple jelly cook until the water is reduced, add the sugar, stirring constantly until half the thickness. Add butter, stirring constantly until thickened.
2. Beat butter, margarine and powdered sugar until blended, add egg yolks, salt, powdered milk and flour, stirring frequently.
3. Take a little dough, flatten, put in the basket mold, fill with pineapple jam. Create crossed straps in the top basket.
4. Place on a baking sheet, bake in the oven to 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, spread with egg yolk 2-3 times, pangggang again until cooked.
At 1250 grams
